I use a credit card for nearly every purchase. I leave the money in my bank account to earn interest and then pay off the card every month. If you are in such a hurry, bring your lunch with you. I, personally, allow myself time when I am eating lunch out and realize there other people that do the same thing.

I've done this many times and the cashier is very helpful and smiles when I show said moron just how rude they are being.
