Deanna Troi is useless

She's not completely useless - even her partial telepathy helped her in counseling everyone on the ship. Keeping the crew sane is vital while out in space on long missions.

But you're right, when on deck, her usefulness was basically "Captain, I sense he's hiding something" while negotiating with Romulans. 😛 A full-blooded telepath would have been much more helpful. 😉

I liked her best in the uniform as well, and when she killed crazy perm job in favor of a more traditional look.

But she dropped her accent. I liked her alot better with her first voice, much more mysterous and sexy. With her slightly british accent it jsut didn't feel the same.

And I can agree, she looked alot better in uniform then in civilian clothes. And what the hell was up with that anyways? She's an officer, shouldn't she be in uniform everytime she is on duty? Once again, useless.

You might remember that it happened after Captain Jellico temporarily took command and complained about her non-standard uniform. He was a hard ass but he was right.
