The only time she does anything is when her power is not working properly. All she does is sense the obvious. And why is the ships counsler a member of the command-level crew? I vote her as the most useless officer onboard the enterprise.

I never found Troi all that attractive. I did like the episode where she was in charge of the bridge, though. Otherwise, she was a little like Lt. Tawny Madison, pointing out the obvious most of the time (Come on, you did see Galaxy Quest, didn't you?).

I've been watching DS9 on dvd and just the other day I saw one where Leeta was talking to Quark about how she had brains as well as beauty. Quark looks at her low-cut top and goes "Yeah, I hired you for your brains. Why don't you take your brains back to the dabo table?"
