There really isn't much as far as games that I want to play on it honestly, not yet atleast. But I want to get one that has the emotion chip in it, and I know I'll eventually get it. I'm also getting more and more interested in HD movies so that'll work. Plus I watch a lot of normal DVD's and the upscaling DVD playback will be awesome.

I also really REALLY want to get Mortal Kombat 2 on the PSN. I have a friend who will let me get it from him for free. Apparently when you buy a game from the PSN, you can send the game to 5 other people for free. I also want to try that Super Stardust game because it's apparently better than Geometry Wars, which I loved.

I believe the deal where there is no payments/no interest until 2009 is a separate deal through a different bank. If you notice there are 2 images/links beside each other.

One of them is for $150 credit/nointerest for 12 months.

Well this blows.

I went to the Sony store and the guy there told me that I could have applied online and brought in the account information and everything and used it that way, which is explicitly what the guy at the othe Sony Store last night told me I couldn't do.

And on top of that, I was not instant approved, and I have no clue why

So I just hope I get the account information before August 31st.

I tried calling them and didn't get anywhere. I'm going to call back tomorrow afternoon cause you can check your status automatically on their phone line. And if they said it was approved, I'm going to talk to someone and get the actual account # and stuff.

But I don't know how long it will take. It said I'd hear w/in 30 days on the phone, then the guy in the Sony Store told me I'd get mail w/in 10 days, then the woman on the phone said it won't be any longer than 2 weeks.

If on your Xbox360 they look stretched then you haven't set your dash to display in HD mode, and if you haven't done that then :Q

And the PS3 will upscale the DVD's to HD resolution over normal 480p.

I don't think I'll try to jump on this deal. At first, it seemed intriguing, but with the possibility of the new 65nm 360's hitting shelves right now, I'm more interested in upgrading my current 360 hardware. $350 is still as much of a waste as $500 if there still aren't many great exclusive games on the horizon. That's just my opinion, though.
