just wish the 360 had the mods like xbox to where u could rent and store the games on hd.. the games are just too expensive for me to get an xbox.
 
overstock says it's shipped.

Doesn't say outta stock anymore, but when added to cart - it does. And, it's not $380 anymore, it's now $398.

it's always shown $398 on the product page, but when you add it to your cart, the $380 is reflected there. since you can't add it to your cart, that's why you don't see it.

i ordered mine on friday afternoon and it's still in process.

I ordered on 6/3 and still no tracking I called The Csr @ overstock and he told me that they have 118 in stock but won't ship mine until 6/10..WTF..I tried to cancel but the prick would not let me..I'm off to call my CCC and post the BS @ resellerratings.com

i ordered mine on friday (6/2) and was shipped either yesterday or today (6/5 or 6/6). got my USPS tracking #.

not sure why telling you they're shipping 4 days later would make you so mad... i mean amazon does the same thing with their free shipping (ship saver) program. i believe they're only allowed to ship at lower rates on certain days, hence the real reason for delay.

Mine arrived via Priority Mail today. I ordered early Saturday. I didn't think mine had even shipped yet since the order status page still says "In Process". I ordered some games from EB at the same time, but they haven't shown up yet.

Huh...Good news. I ordered mine on Friday and it still says "In Process" as well. I'm not around during the day so I certainly could use some notice about it shipping if it has.

It magically arrived today on my doorstep:shocked:...USPS priority mail with dc but last night the csr told me a differant story:roll:..funny thing is when i check it online it still says "in process"
 
Hmm, I wonder where their warehouse is.

I ordered friday, and got the email with shipping number (which because USPS sucks at tracking, doesn't actually tell you anything) on tuesday I think. I used a different shipping address, and they actually called me on saturday to confirm. The guy I spoke to was very nice and easygoing. He told me 5-10 days, which I didn't know if he meant was the time to expect a shipping confirmation e-mail or when to expect it to be delivered.

I'm glad to hear they used Priority, as I was kinda expecting them to go the cheapest route possible and it take like 2 weeks or something. Should be here hopefully tomorrow. I'm baffled they used USPS at all, as I would think for something like this it would be cheaper to go FedEx or UPS Ground service, but they probably have a contract with USPS.

So as long as it arrives in good shape, I'll be a happy customer and won't hesitate to consider them in the future.

I wonder if thats why they wouldn't let you cancel. Perhaps the CSR thought you knew it was already shipped?

I got mine by priority mail yesterday. Took only 3 days to get here in brand new condition. Overstock.com is great!
