Are you an existing customer? The first link gives you 12% off for new customers (I guess I didn't have a known Overstock cookie) so mine showed:

Subtotal:
$398.99
- $47.88
$1.40
Total:
$352.51

So it looks like you are just getting a 10% discount.

Marked for lunch time to think about it. I've been going back and forth on buying one of these and since I'm in a state with 9.75% sales tax this is an even bigger deal for me. (almost $100)

So, this includes everything in the Premium package or is it just the box, hd, and controller?

I just clicked on both links and the numbers are exactly like yours.

It didn't work for me either. BUT, I used the Live Chat Customer Service on their site and the agent was able to place my order for me, using the 12% off new customer coupon! Thanks OP!

I got the 12% with a new account. The trick is to put everything in at once (name, address, credit card), otherwise it will default back to 10% if anything is saved. Hope I have the same luck with shipping speed as the others in the thread.

What about This one

Seems that if you want the games, extra controller, battery packs and charger that this might be a better all around deal. Seems the same discounts apply, or at least the 12% first time buyer. Not sure though, just thought I'd post it incase it works better for someone.

Assuming this is the same package as the last deal was for, mine came with the full package...HD, wireless controller, headset, cables.

Got mine today, new as advertised. Now to decide if I should keep it or not... hmm.

Just sell it to me for whatever you paid. 😛

Actually I have 6 good games in mint condition that I'd pair with it, which is why I'm thinking about selling it. My other 360 died and I took it back for a full refund, then I saw a deal on this and decided to jump. However I have a lot of older titles, probably 15-20 or so on other systems that I want to play through and I think I might just wait until the entire console drops in price to upgrade, especially since I no longer have a nice PC monitor to play the 360 on, and do not own an HDTV.

If I can find a good deal on (hopefully) a floor model Sony CRT HDTV then I'll keep it, otherwise I'll probably put it up in fs/t or on *shudder* ebay. 😛

Luck? I had 5 at launch. Sold 4 to pay off the one I have plus games and accessories. That was alot of hard work believe it or not.

im waiting for when the PSP3 releases, thats when the 360 will probably hit a huge price break but then again...which is better? PSP or 360?

I wasn't even aware there was a PSP2. Perhaps you just mean "PS2/PS3". 😉

Anyhow, it's green apples and red apples. Not quite apples and oranges. What it will boil down to is what games you want. Check out some planned releases and release lists for both systems and see what excites you.

In terms of capabilites, I think the PS3 will be better... but you'll pay for that difference. In honesty, the extra features you get with the PS3 don't do much for gameplay and omre just try and make the PS3 and complete media machine.

It might show up soon. If you go directly to the link in the OP it says it is in stock now but when you add it to cart it says OOS.

Oh you know it will, plus a MS guy hinted/said a price drop of 'around' $100 will occur then (I'm betting $50)
