Seems like Dell has increased their prices since I just configured a 6000 with lesser specs for the same price that was previously mentioned.
 
dell seems to have inflated the prices for the 600m. They have also taken off the option for 1.6GHz and replaced it to 1.5GHz..., dang i stayed up for nothing...

Yeah, someone configured a 6000 earlier (I think page 1 or page 2) for around 1550, but now I'm out $300 worth of upgrades for the same price. Still a pretty good deal though 😉

How the heck did you get the word sh!t to bypass the forum's language filter? Whenever I type sh!t I get hammered with a censored word message.
 
Anyone think that the free shipping for laptops over 899 will still be there? If so will it be after coupon? It may cause me to consider upgrading it to a 1650$ laptop just to get that shipping covered.
 
Not sure how I got sh!t past it, and apparently I cant type it in now.


And cliftonite, it will be okay for games, but dont expect blazing performance from games like Half-Life 2 and Doom 3.

It's alright. Not the fastest, not the weakest. It's a solid all-around choice though. Of course, the 6800 is nicer. 😉

I believe that's calculated before the discount coupon, so all laptops eligible for the coupon should be eligible for ground shipping, unless they change things.
