Comparisons:
This is an elongated X-Qpack with an added fan at the front -- although on mine (2 yrs ago?) I didn't think that front fan COULD pull in much air because there's little perforation in the front panel to allow it. The X-Qpack has issues with long DVD drives interfering with long PSU's; the other two cases are enough longer that there are few problems, although it's handy in all these if the PSU cables exit on the left side (when viewed from case-front) so that they are along-side rather than directly behind the 5.25" rack.
This is the same size as the X-Qpack2, but the latter has a more robust handle (although it's still attached to the plastic front panel, I think) and much better front air-flow as its front panel has meshed areas.
The microfly cover is three separate pieces which easily fall out if they are not screwed in; the X-Q' are single piece (3-side) covers which you have to wiggle about to get properly seated.
All three appear to be made by the same foundry using identical aluminum stock and numerous identical pieces. They are good looking and decent cases. Its popular to discard any Apevia PSUs as they are not reliable [and I think one was the cause of a friend's problem last week].
All three cases require low CPU fans (~78mm clearance???) [like the Zalman horizontal flowers] and lack any clearance over the card slots -- so no tall GPU cards or ones w/ heat-pipes running over the top. None of these cases have especially quiet fans, and I think all the fans have PSU connectors, not M/B ones.
While I like the cases looks, by the time I've finished I've replaced so many parts [quieter fans, better PSU] and drilled so many additional air holes that I'm not a HUGE fan of the cases. But I still may buy this!
