Great day for a Race 😀.....we're making headway with so many new members....but DSLR somehow has maintaned a short lead.......with a few back and forths taking place. We need you to put US over the top and KEEP us there! 😀

We steamrolled the Planetary Society last night as they became just another victim of the TA Express! 😀

Now we must focus on this race and put DSLR in our rearview mirror once and for all. The only reason they are keeping up is that they have more members, but that is changing rapidly as people are joining and making the TeAm stronger!

I'm sorry to say it but you are never going to find an additional ~800 ppl with ~1GHz machines here.

I don't believe that they are ahead in processing power by 800GHz, rather i think that the huge dumps by these to guns cause big jumps in their stats and prevent TA from holding a lead for very long. However, the more people that join and help the cause, the less effect the big dumps will have, and we might be able to hold a lead longer and longer!

Oh, BTW, there is talk about getting an SV2 on campus in a year or two, which would KICK @SS, even if I never got to even look at it.

Right now it shows us up 302 WUs. Unfortunately we have not been able to keep a lead for a whole day. Usually during the night one of their big guns will dump enough units for them to take back the lead. Lately we have been able to minimize the damage that they have done with all the new people who have joined the TeAm.

We would like to grab the lead and run with it. We want to get so far ahead that we need Berkeley to setup a SDSLR@Home program set up to find them 😀

So please join the TeAm and help us defeat DSLR! 😀

This is so sad - I've been on the team for barely over 24 hours and i'm already getting obsessed. I couldn't stand the sound of the computer staying on last night (too loud w/ all the fans), but nonetheless didn't turn it off. I just slammed a pillow on my head and tried to grin and bear it...all for what, 1 WU???. Nonetheless, I am doing so again tonight - I just hope I can find some earplugs this time! 😀
