If you were ordering it now, and it must be -----"PURCHASED"----- by Novemeber 13, why would there be a problem about getting it back in time? It does not say "must be mailed out by November 13." I suggest that you read it again. :roll:

My thumb drive is not scheduled to be sent until January 4th. That is way past the 1-month-after-purchase deadline the rebate requires.

I contacted Dell via email, and they offered me a $35 coupon for my trouble to use on my next purchase -- even if I cancel the thumb drive order.

Must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date, of course I bought it 11/8.

Mine arrived 12/13 which is past 30 days. So I'll be doing a RETURN TO SENDER since the $20 rebate is no longer valid.

so you think they will still honor the rebate if i call them and explain what happened with the appropriate documentation, such as order date, and ship date and shippping receipt?
