don't get it.. i ordered mine when it was IN STOCK about 2 months ago when this was last posted.. it promptly went out of stock, and i haven't gotten it.. i tried to cancel on their site twice, and no go.. then i finally had to call them to get them to cancel it.. it's not in stock, and hasn't been for a long time.. i ended up getting mine at fry's with a rebate and it ended up to be $60 after tax and rebate.. so if you can find that deal at your local frys, go for that instead.. if it's instock

At the same time? I dunno that's a good question.

Definitely tempting~ It probably won't be more than 5 years till that is actually possible jumpdrive style. Its a novel idea certainly.

I hope I receive it before the rebate expires.

why is that necessary?

UPC for the rebate:roll:

Smart man who STOLE my avatar, *mumbles* avatar whore!

I didn't steal your avatar! I've been using this one since you were in your office guy phase!

And yes, you can swap this between PC and Mac without any issues.

Any easy way to password protect these things? (Like the Jumpdrive Secure - although I have read they are not so "secure")

The 1GB Sandisk I ordered from Dell on 10/24/04 won't be shipped until 11/19/04.
The $30 must be post marked by 11/27/04.
I don't know if I should cancel the order or not. Only allowing 1 week for delivery may be pushing it.

Does Dell always delay the shipping of big promo items?
