if you're close enough, you might want to go check. Some people have found them on the shelves even though the online inventory said they were sold out.

I went to the B&M and they were out, but when I asked the CSR about it, he offered to order one for me, have me pay for it today, and it would be shipped free to my house; thus qualifying me for the rebate. This is better than a raincheck. He was really helpful.

You can try this if your local store is out of stock.

went to my local store today. they were out (sales guy looked at the price and said 'wow') but they let me special order one today to get the rebates. it should be in stock tuesday and i have to run out that direction any way.

I looked all over for one in the reader and media card section and couldn't find it, but then went by a little Sandisk kiosk in another part of the store by chance and they had 4 sitting on a hook. This happened to me a couple of years ago when they were selling the 64 mb SM cards for $30 when the retail price was $60. They were all out in the obvious area, but there was a little Sandisk kiosk that was off the beaten track that had all kinds of cards left on it.
