My gf is a grad student so I had her order it.

I sure wouldn't recommend fraud on this one, Dell HAS to be losing money on these so I would bet they are going to do whatever they can to verify your eligibility to order from their FSS site.

Dell EPP is the site name (as opposed to Dell Home, Dell Small Business, etc). http://www.dell.com/us/en/fss/topics/segtopic_fssfaq.htm#faq111221217 describes who is eligible to purchase from there.

If you do have proof for what you're saying, show the limitation with a link to the dell page that explains what you say.

Anyone consider the possibility that Dell will accept your order but not give you the rebates if you don't really qualify for the student or EPP purchase? Good luck to all that go for this, but I'm gonna pass. I think there will be a big to do about the rebates which will hit the news sometime next week. I'll wait till after Thanksgiving...there should be several good deals between now and the end of the year.
