I almost got tripped up by the birthdate/age/month thing - tricky ;). But I wrote like essays on everything else, they better give it to me.

got a reply from support:

Hello,

Thank you for letting us know of the page error you received. It appears
the page error that came up did not affect the uploading of the results of
your evaluation to our servers. You should expect to receive your reward
within a couple business days. We thank you for your time and input and
look forward to your participation in future evaluations.

I got the error (as I noted above), and I just got my $20 gift code. I did write to them, however... so I suggest you do drop them an email (the address is on the error page).

Not a bad deal if you're willing to put in the time.

I went through the whole thing with no problem. Wow... that was long! Do they send any kind of confirmation that you took the survey, or just send the GC?

No reward for me either - I wonder why they don't value responses from an 18 year old bald man? :)

Yeah, I got the same bad news... These guys seriously suck:

Hello ,

Thank you for completing a Vividence customer experience evaluation. Vividence
depends on its panelists to provide valuable feedback to our clients, who in
turn help to support the Vividence Research Panel. As part of the terms for
rewarding panelists, and to ensure the quality of our data, we require
evaluation results to meet certain standards. Unfortunately, data from your
evaluation did not meet these standards and, therefore, cannot be included in
the aggregated results that we provide to our client. At this time, we are
unable to offer you the reward specified in our invitation e-mail.

The decision to issue a reward is based on a combination of factors: completing
the evaluation, quality and quantity of comments, and time spent viewing and
interacting with the sites evaluated. We reward the majority of our panelists
and would like to reward you in future evaluations. In order to ensure that your
evaluation results will be approved and a reward will be issued in upcoming
evaluations, we recommend that you spend time exploring the sites evaluated and
pursuing the specified tasks. Remember to volunteer your thoughts and opinions
using the comment button and in response to the follow-up questions.

Vividence is committed to the quality of its data, but also to the happiness of
Vividence panelists. If you feel that you have received this email in error, or
if you have any additional questions or comments, please e-mail
panel-support@vividence.com.

I got the same email. It kinda looks like a bait and switch to me; however, something was probably mentioned in the terms of the survey about only how only "quality" answers would be rewarded. What a buncha crap :|

i gave them good data. i think it's related the how fast you do it, bec they are processed electronically. there's no way a person reviewed all the answers that fast.

so i guess if you spend time loitering on the sites and clicking and clicking it helps.

i will never do another vividence survey. like i said, this is the third time they did it to me.

like no wants a grrl's opinion on male balding.. haha... :D:D nothing will get a man into the doctor's office faster for balding or other issues ;) than a woman!!

i didn't know they have accounts. i haven't done a vividence survey in years. after they emailed me my gift card code, i got a letter saying later they are sorry, they denied it.

anyways,, i checked it out in amazon, and it still works. vividence are such penis wrinkles though.
