Thank you for completing a Vividence customer experience evaluation.  Vividence
depends on its panelists to provide valuable feedback to our clients, who in
turn help to support the Vividence Research Panel. As part of the terms for
rewarding panelists, and to ensure the quality of our data, we require
evaluation results to meet certain standards.  Unfortunately, data from your
evaluation did not meet these standards and, therefore, cannot be included in
the aggregated results that we provide to our client. At this time, we are
unable to offer you the reward specified in our invitation e-mail. 
 
The decision to issue a reward is based on a combination of factors: completing
the evaluation, quality and quantity of comments, and time spent viewing and
interacting with the sites evaluated. We reward the majority of our panelists
and would like to reward you in future evaluations. In order to ensure that your
evaluation results will be approved and a reward will be issued in upcoming
evaluations, we recommend that you spend time exploring the sites evaluated and
pursuing the specified tasks.  Remember to volunteer your thoughts and opinions
using the comment button and in response to the follow-up questions.
