It would be nice if they gave the accessories, especially the cables. I just wonder why Newegg choose not to include them. :|

Is there a place where the cables & accessories can be purchased if we don't get them. How about getting them from ASUS?

I highly doubt that. ASUS will ask you to purchase the accessories for $9+ a piece normally. Also, if Newegg do not include the special backplate for this A7N8X, it will be really a pain for you to install it.

The Abit IT7Max I got from Newegg last month didn't include the backplate, I end up cutting a plastic board to match it. It wasn't a fun job to do.

I've heard about certain ppl calling up Asus and told them it didn't come with any accessories and Asus sent them a pack of accessories, maybe we can try that?

Received mine today, no backplate, no accessories!!!! Probably have to call ASUS 0r Newegg about it. Can't believe that they keep these accessories & don't know what use it is to them. :|

Update

Called Newegg at 1-800-390-3777. Mentioned that I'm missing a backplate and they noted that my order is a refurb. They claim that all RMA'ed items are returned to the manufacturer. The manufacturers then fix the item and return it to Newegg w/out the accessories. Then Newegg sells the items as "refurbished", so no accessories.

Ill try my luck with Asus Technologies. 1-510-739-3777 ext. 5103. I wan't my backplate and accessories. :|
