Wow, you look great. And on top of that, you look great!

I hope you enjoy what you've done and feel inspired to keep up the great habits, because your 'energy and confidence' in the new pictures seem almost unrecognizable in the older ones (atleast that's how it appears in the pics to me.)

So what was your BMR set at and what was your daily caloric intake?

My BMR was initially set at 2400. Daily calories of 1400. With my workout calories I was eating about 2000 calories per day. I'll admit that non workout days were tough to keep in that initial 1400.

Part of my problem is that "late in the game" I didn't adjust my BMR or my goals, so I think toward the end I was going into starvation mode from eating too little and working out too much. So I really slowed down. Started eating more and started losing again.

Currently I just use myfitnesspal to track my calories protein and carbs.

Good job man. You really set your mind to it.

Good luck preparing for the Warrior Dash and Tough Mudder.

Updated the OP with new goal. Thanks for all the well wishes. I must admit that it is hard to increase my calorie intake now that I'm this low. I'm finding it difficult to eat enough in a day to maintain/increase my weight so for the next few weeks I'm going to increase my daily calories 100-150/day each week until I level off.

I feel fantastic today, BTW...
