First, if you have a lump on the "side", you've got a problem. (unless your testicles are really out of a common position)
The epididymus is on the back of the testicle and makes its way over the top.
THIS PICTURE actually shows a good detail of epididymus in its own complexity. As it was broken down to me, you could be feeling......
1.) Inflammation of the epididymus
2.) Inflammation of the spermatic cord itself
3.) Inflammation of the overlap of the two.
It doesn't feel good even if your testicles are fine, but if you wanna feel some junk, check your 10 o'clock (imagine looking at yourself sideways) on your testicle and you'll feel some seriously weird sheott!
Chances are you simply have an imflamation of the epididymus itself....(no biggie). The doc might give you antibiotics, or he might tell you it'll go away on its own. Sometimes, one can be more prone to get this than not. And while it's not necessarily been proven, I do in fact think that more sexors helps.
Talking about this makes my balls hurt!
