On a side note: Im about 5'10 140 pounds, pretty little guy, but I want to build myself up the best I can. More so upper body, thats my weakness. What is the best/easiest way to do that? Are push ups the best way?
Pushups, DIPS are great.. Pull ups..
Some weight is your best bet.. But do get a little form those 3 are the all around exercises...
