Pull ups

Dips.

keep working on it, 5 at a time.. Then 6.. Push yourself..

And if you can, get someone to grab your shirt as a spot, if you can push hard, and tear those muscle fibers you will notice you can do more afterward..
 
And do diamond pushups..

Develop your chest, if you can get away with 5 diamonds, you should be able to do 10..

How much do you way? Are you a stick?

that's nothing. i can't even do one push up. weak muscles. my fingers get sore from using chop sticks from the weight of the food

Martial Arts, or some competitive sport. I hate most sports so I chose martial arts, but my pride doesn't let me slip in training . . ..

dayum boy. i can do 25 and I KNOW i'm out of shape.

i used to be able to do 50 to 100 depending on my mood. usually i would do 3 or 4 sets of 50 reps each.

I can do about 40 diamonds.

Never wrestled.. I did, however, join the Army (but was unable to complete Basic thanks to a bone spur in my left heel, which prevents me from being able to run long distances).. We did lots of pushups.. 🙂

Im a skinny little guy, but at one time I would do about 100 pushups straight, haven't done any in over a year though so Im down to like 30 right now before I get really tired. Gimme 2 weeks and I'll be doing 75 🙂




On a side note: Im about 5'10 140 pounds, pretty little guy, but I want to build myself up the best I can. More so upper body, thats my weakness. What is the best/easiest way to do that? Are push ups the best way?
