After watching both replays....Kotsay's catch was an obvious trap but Manny's was very difficult to tell. The umps didn't decide this game...David Ortiz's three run double did, hehe.

That was a BIG call that they blew. Not just any ONE call. And yes, I'd walk Manny, only one of the best right-hand hitters in history, to face Ortiz.

Which call are you referring to...Kotsay definitely trapped the ball and I'd like you to be an ump and decide whether Manny made that catch or not...I couldn't even decide after watching the reply. Quit whining😛

Pick your poison, Manny or Ortiz. Either way they will be co-MVP's and Boston will win the AL East.

They didn't blow that call... the replay showed that Manny caught it. You could argue either way, it doesn't matter.... Boston will hit anyone from Arthur Rhodes to Dotel to Rivera, it doesn't matter, they will still win. They are a juggernaut that cannot be stopped...

As a fan of both teams, I would much rather see Boston win. Oakland has had their fair share of chances at the world series as of late and I just want Boston to finally break the curse.

Plus I've never been able to forgive A's management for letting Giambi get away just because he wanted a no-trade clause and they wouldn't give it to him.

The replay showed that he trapped it, even the Sox radio announcers agree.

Kotsay can cry about missed calls all he wants.

Try not giving up a 3-run double in the 9th of a 1-run game. That might help the A's chances of winning games.
