I sold a calculator to a member of this BBS, & shipped it to Canada per his instructions.  Of course delivery confirmation & insurance ends at the border, so it was shipped plain air mail.  Cost me almost $7 to ship the dman thing, too. :|  Anyway, that was two weeks ago.  Tonight I got an e-mail from him saying he still hadn't gotten it.
I sent him an e-mail back asking him what he wanted to do, & offered him a full refund if he wants it. I figure I'll write my loss up to the Canadian postal service, & drop it at that.
What would be fair?
