The last couple of weeks I have noticed cops have tailed me for some unknown reasons, speeding or not. While I do agree many a time I do catch a glimpse of them after I am speeding but never have been pulled over, well close to once but never been pulled over.

Tonite I was coming down the 2 - South and taking the 134West interchange and when I exited glendale avenue, I waited for a few seconds the light turned green and I took a left.
I finished my left and found a cop quickly came around the corner from the freeway. Anyway I slowed down and kept it at 25-30 mph. A car in front of me took a left, this guy turned his headlights off and went into that turn where the previous car went.

This is scaring me.. I have been tailed in my toyota tercel, the BMW, the saturn. So far I havent caught eye on the bike, but who knows I might end up getting my first ticket while on that. This afternoon I was doing 65 before I knew it in a 40 zone. I cant complain it was nice and warm and the bike was giving me all she got.

any of you got experiences like this?

Well, they are after people who are breaking laws... Just like you , you speeder. But the reason that you don't get pulled over is probably because you slow down. But in the end, they are still doing their job... keeping you in line...

I drive the Toyota 100% of the time, the BMW 40% of the time (my brothers but I get to take it in the nights and weekends when I cant find parking if I move my car off the street) the saturn is my dad's, I dont drive my mom's neon much.. the bike is 100% mine.

Even if you only ride your bike 10% of the time, and drive your Dad's car 10% of the time........You are spending 160% of your available time driving/riding a motor vehicle.

No wonder the Police tail you, you are in some sort of bizarre time warp.

So if the Police tail you 20% of the time you are driving/riding, you are still doing good at spending 140% of your time with no Police activity.
 
hey, its good that u can spot cops!! prevents u from getting tickets . 🙂 so this bad thing has become a good thing!

i once got scared when a motorcycle was following me . thought it was a cop so i was all careful and stuff when i was driving. turrned out to be some regular guy on a motorcycle
 
I know where you are coming from man. I sometimes get pulled over in the Rolls, and sometimes get pulled over in the Lamborghini, and I also sometimes get tailed in the Vette and the Viper, and that's not to mention when i'm on my BMWcycle.:Q From now on the chauffer drives, this scares me!!!
 
Personally, I'd be happy if there were cops all over near my house. We get too many punks racing down our street, which is 25mph. The worst of it, is that we live across from an office complex. The parking lot is dark at night, so it seems to turn into a hangout for dope dealing, fighting, dumpster diving, and just about every other thing you can imagine. It spoils, what would be an otherwise decent neighborhood. My neighbor and I take turns running people out of there, using high powered spotlights. :Q
 
Yeah when I tend to run over too many pedestrians, hit a cop, or even jack a car in front of the cops they get pissed. Sometimes I have to get into a big gunfight with them and next thing ya know the military is shooting at me with tanks and blam I'm dead. Sometimes though if I'm lucky and I have $5000 lying around I can pull into max paint and get my car's paint or/and plates changed, effictively losing the cop....Oh wait your talking about real life, not Grand Theft Auto...

Well what do you think these guys talk about at the donut shop?? The easy marks and high profile targets. Sounds like you made the A list. Just think...your contributing to some cops law enforcement fantasy.

how young do you look? Cops in my town used to follow me around town when I was in HS. The other day, had a cop follow me home, made me feel nostalgic for HS 🙂 (I'm 24 now)

Most of the times, cops pull over Blacks or Mexicans who drive big old car. But since you dont have big old car, then might be because you're black.

You've gotta be careful. It's a conspiracy. They might want to have you killed. Be careful with watch you drink, eat, talk, ppl you meet, so on and so forth. :Q
 
Well uh... you weren't being tailed, it was the other car the cop was after, YOU were simply camoflage for the cop until he found out for sure the other one was stolen.

The_good_guy: If someone is following you, drive a circle about a block, and you will know if they are following you.....
 
Well all of you that speed & "Most" do , all I can say is "DON'T" & your worries about getting a ticket will cease !
No tickets in my lifetime 🙂

 
what color is your car? if its something like red or yellow i wouldn't be surprised. or if its fixed up. otherwise i cant help you ... its a conspiracy and theyre following you. =)
