For fucks sake a 3 day ban on Reddit for... I dunno I think maybe because I said "ICE" and that promotes hate or something?

This is after a warning where I said caneing would be a fairer form of punitive justice than fines because it wouldn't be based on wealth.

Fuck, I wish there was another place on the internet that had the same breadth of communities as Reddit without the ridiculous auto-mod bullshit.

I thought Trump, greatest president ever, he who brought the DOW above 50,000, ended this deplatforming shit and returned free speech to its glory.

Must be sub-specific? I see "fuck ICE" in plenty of places there.
I think it's one of the Scandinavian countries where a speeding ticket is a percentage based on someone's wealth.

I got banned from Reddit last year for joking about hulk Hogan's death. Nothing morbid, more like who gives a shit, that guy was a POS. I didn't appeal it and just deleted the whole account. Which was a mistake.

Reddit has the best stuff when it comes to certain subs like local food subs, and specific hobbies, travel advice. I've eaten so many good meals on bike rides from recommendations from the food subreddit .But they do mix in so much shit and it's a doom scrolling machine.

And politics pops up everywhere. And it's not me starting it. I'm like I'm just here to read about anything besides politics.

My god. You just reminded me of the other reason I hate reddit: auto-moderation and weird moderation. I once tried to post to r/androidquestions and it got auto-modded to oblivion, I tried to appeal it and got nothing in response. It's like, can I have a list of the items that trigger these fits?
