If your really desperate the Marriott here is looking for a head chef. I'm the assistant Banquet Manager there, I can get you an interview. Probably 40-45k year or something like that

Sounds like a good job, but I don't have the chef experience to warrant a head chef position at a marriott. Maybe in another year or so.

You sure about unemployment? Here in florida if you lose your primary postion you can file. If you lose just the part time one, you can't. And if your 2nd job ain't pt you'd still have a case for losing the "day job".
