i just got a phone call from my wife.

she seems to be physically okay.
but she says that she's a bit shaken up.

some stupid guy decides that he's going to exit out from the middle lane and hit my wife.

damm.

i hope she's okay.

this being her first accident, i think she's more surprised by it than anything.

she tells me that the guy was a jacka$$ trying to divert the fault on her.
from what she tells me, it is clear that it's his fault... since he tried to exit right from the middle lane.

i think she's more upset at the guy than anything.

but i was just trying to calm her down ... telling her that what matters the most ...
is that "you are okay".

man... there's never a dull moment.
 
well... i haven't looked at it yet...
but she says that there are dents in the front-left and scratches on the side.

we'll see how it looks when she comes home.

the ironic thing about this is...
this happend on her way to the hospital.

Yep! Glad she's OK.

I've had three accidents caused by other people making stupid moves (namely, left turns from the right lane) while not aware of other drivers proximity.

It scares me sometimes, how few people understand how important it is to be aware of all other driver's, motorcyclist?s, bicyclist's, and pedestrian's whereabouts and relative speeds. That's how my mother taught me, and that?s how her father taught her: To always be fully aware of everything in all relative directions.

My mom also tried to teach me to always leave myself an ?out,? a lane or shoulder to steer onto in order to avoid an accident. That works most of the time, except that I?m always trying to pass people who are driving slowly, so that?s why I?ve crashed three times into someone turning left from the right lane. 🙁 :|

Agreed, MY wife LONG before she ws my wife got into a car accident, and they just check her over and couldn't find anything, it turns out that she had a SERIOUS neck Injury and will have neck problems for the rest of her life.

She could of sued there butts off but didn't.
