Just enter the domain name as in mydomain.com.

And FrontPage support is probably for updating the site within Frontpage. You can still use FrontPage to design the html, just use an FTP app (like CuteFTP, or RobustFTP) to upload the files.
 
I used to host my website with this amazing provider at www.f2s.com, it was free, had no ads, and was amazingly fast and reliable. However, they recently killed off their free webservices 🙁

I am a newbie. I am interested in learning how to register a domain, host my webpage, where to register, host and other such things as to web-development and hosting. I know a little bit of HTML and do webpages in netscape and word and have a personal webage on my school server. what are unix/wn 2000 servers? however there were instructions on how to upload, now If i wanna host a webpage on a server outside, I am clueless as to where to go.

can someone pl tell me where I can find these information, or atleast point me to the correct forum... I am sorry this doesnt belong here....

or they have the cyberrebates business model... take as much money as u can then run for it...declare bankruptcy to be protected from creditors and retire in the bahamas
 
Got my setup confirmation (welcome letter) a few hours ago...

Only problem now is that I got the domain using Reg2C and their site seems to be down so I can't change the DNS over 🙁

I would recommend Macromedia's Dreamweaver 4 if you're just starting out with html. It has a handy little feature that lets you see the html code while you add things in graphically. However, no html program will replace learning and understanding the code yourself.

No, you will not receive anything else from them till your account is setup. Once your account is setup they will send you a mail with all the details.

BTW, I have been put on their brand new server, I was chatting with one of their Techs this evening. The new servers DNS has not been resolved yet.. so I am waiting for that before I can get them changed.
 
Well for enlightenment of the half full crowd I had ordered 2 packages on the 26th through Paypal and yesterday, April 03, I got my confirmation info. Don't always bow into the negative aspects of what might happen. Not EVERYBODY is out to get you! Sometimes just keeping the faith in people is worth while. If you want them to understand YOU, sometimes it starts with understainding what's going on with THEM. They were busy! Everything is setup, speed seems fine and I have 2 domains hosted for the next year for 6 measly dollars...zowie!
 
Received email today for an order for two new domains registered and hosted with cyberwings that I placed on Mar. 26.
 
I signed up on the 19th of March, and sent a paypal. I have heard nothing. Send them 2 emails, no responce. this place rips people off. WARNING!

you might want to go Here and talk to the people there, some very helpful people. I just chatted with the techie there and he said that all accounts up to the 26th had been cleared. he also mentioned that there were a handful of accounts from the 19th that had problems with that they were working on. try emailing them also, just as a reminder that you have not got it yet. Give them ALL the details that you got on your order confirmation email, they will need it to track your order down effectively and quickly.

If you get on the chat server early in the day look for the techie geek4rent.. he is usually around that time and is pretty helpful and can solve your problem or atleast give you a solution.

I signed up for 2 accounts got one, still waiting on the other.
 
I purchased 2 years of Plan 5 on March 26th and got the setup email yesterday. I am going to purchase another plan 5 fro my other domain.
