Yea, I spent (wasted) a lot of time trying to walk around the terrain there. I also ended up seriously over levelled when I got there, so a lot of the side quests were not really worth doing.

You can turn on enemy scaling if you are that overleveled, although I've noticed it still ends up being not quite same level difficulty.

Does that get you more XP for finishing quests though? I was so over levelled that is would get like 2 exp for a lot of quests.
 
Just finished replaying Deus Ex Human Revolution and Mankind Divided, now i have nothing to play and iam bored.

God i cant wait to play this game...


i need a fix...😵
 
Have to admit, wasn't that interested prior, but that gameplay video did pique my interest a bit. If CD Project Red can get to to the business of basically making the games Bioware used to make, they will have my money eventually.
 
I'm curious how the game will run and look on my card. It should do fine on ultra without ray tracing enabled. Otherwise I was thinking I can get it for the ps5 since I won't have a new GPU anytime soon. That way I'll be playing it in 4k at least on the tv vs 1440p.

From the gameplay trailer, it looks like dues ex on steroids. Also seems you have a lot more options to complete your missions. I just hope it isn't too cheesy.
 
Also have hopes for it to be the next Mass Effect on steroids, but grounded of course. Seems lika lots of choices are colouring off and makes impacts later on, small or big, depends on the issue. Seems like the 6-8 hour prologue for each the three different characters sets the mood and give you an edge in a certain segment.
Could be a game i chose to replay three times if it's close to what is promised here. I'll just have to patiently wait for the RT-benching to see which of the new cards are going to be bought. See you in April/ May CyberPunk! -_-

GPU-heavy game, unsurprisingly. Looks like I can maybe scrape by on High settings (sans RT); Radeon ray-trace not supported @ launch (also not surprising)

They both do it, no Nvidia RT in Godfall (AMD sponsored game) plus AMD artificially limiting SAM.
 
I guess for consoles they only have the ps4 / xbox discs but not separate titles for the new gen.

I was looking to get it for ps5 since I really want to play it but I may just get it when it releases to play without ray tracing on my 1080ti.

Perhaps the new gen ray tracing and stuff will come later in a patch. I'd only be missing out on playing it on 4k at my tv currently.

It's being patched "somewhere in 2021", together with the RT-patch for the non existing 6800-series as well I guess. Man what a paper launch autumn we have had!

Once again buyers are punished for preordering a video game. Buy a game on launch and you get a buggy mess that needs several patches to just be playable, and then they want to sell you half the content as separate add-ons, but wait a year and you get a game that is not only fully working, has all the content, but at half price. It really makes no sense whatsoever to buy a game on launch, much less pre-ordering.

-I for one salute all the day 1 purchasers for bug testing the game while helping the company hit it's numbers so those of us that wait get a cheap and scrubbed experience 😀

I'm not normally on that team, but this is the one release that I plan to be!

I will play at least 1 additional character with different history and stroy, so by that time, I assume the game would be ~mostly fixed? 😀
