Ordered a new RAID card from them on the 18th, my address was clearly stated as being in Canada, and today I see:



International Dispatch, March 19, 2008, 3:33 pm, SAN FRANCISCO
Arrived Abroad, March 24, 2008, 9:17 pm, AUSTRALIA
Into Foreign Customs, March 24, 2008, 9:17 pm, AUSTRALIA


How the hell can the two countries be confused? I'm waiting to see what their response will be tomorrow, but now I have to find another place to get this card if they really did screw up and send mine to the opposite side of the planet
