Ordered a new RAID card from them on the 18th, my address was clearly stated as being in Canada, and today I see:



International Dispatch, March 19, 2008, 3:33 pm, SAN FRANCISCO
Arrived Abroad, March 24, 2008, 9:17 pm, AUSTRALIA
Into Foreign Customs, March 24, 2008, 9:17 pm, AUSTRALIA


How the hell can the two countries be confused? I'm waiting to see what their response will be tomorrow, but now I have to find another place to get this card if they really did screw up and send mine to the opposite side of the planet 🙁

You know, if I ordered something from them and they screwed up shipping, I'd have to ride my bike down there and give them a piece of my mind! (they're about 2 miles away...)

the joke is that UPS fucking sucks and has horrid service so they would do something as stupid as to route your package through a country 4000 miles away
