Customizing the Start Menu in Windows ME

I hope this hasn't been asked already, but I did a search and couldn't find anything, so here goes:

In Windows ME, items on the Start Menu are "hidden" if you don't use them for a while, and you have to click on the 'scroll' arrows to get to them. This is extremely annoying to me, although I'm sure somebody at Microsoft thought it would be a good idea.. :) Is there any way to remove this "feature" so that the entire Start Menu (Programs) is displayed automatically, no matter how long it has been since I used any particular shortcut?

Thanks!

There is indeed a way to do this, it irritated the hell out of me. I will post how to do it once i am at home on my machine. :)

Click Start/Settings/Taskbar & Start Menu & uncheck the use personalized menus box. ;)

Thats about as stupid as moving the start menus windows explorer link over to the accessories menu.

I wonder who thought making my files harder to get was a good idea?
(I moved that sucker over to the main start menu right away)

And using a dropdown list for your shutdown/restart options seems like another useless step backward from the good old checkbox menu of Win98.
