I hope this hasn't been asked already, but I did a search and couldn't find anything, so here goes:
In Windows ME, items on the Start Menu are "hidden" if you don't use them for a while, and you have to click on the 'scroll' arrows to get to them. This is extremely annoying to me, although I'm sure somebody at Microsoft thought it would be a good idea..
Is there any way to remove this "feature" so that the entire Start Menu (Programs) is displayed automatically, no matter how long it has been since I used any particular shortcut?
