I'm sure you've heard it 1000x but enjoy college while it lasts. I hated it (actually just the projects, deadlines, finals, etc..) but college is great. You only get 4-6 years of it compared to 35-40 years of working.
How bout a 20 yr old? I have a bar job and IT support job. no career progreesion in the bar job really. As for the other job, will be stuck at this level for a whileOriginally posted by: fivespeed5
Dead end jobs suck... I mean all I can think about is how I can move up or move into something more forfilling (intellectually-wise). Is this normal for a 23 recent college grad?
You don't need to feel satisfied with your job, but be thankful for what you do have.... There are countless thousands that WISH they had your problem.Originally posted by: fivespeed5

3 hour commute? I don't think I could ever do that. but if you love your job I can see sacrificing 3 hours... but per day!?

That being said... I changed from a miserable career to my current career about 3 years ago, and I can't even begin to explain how much it means to have a job that you enjoy.
Oh yeah, I love my job.![]()
