Drink Gatorade or Powerade - it replaces lost electrolytes pretty damn quick.. Drink a lot of water too.
also, if you wake up in the morning and you still feel like schiznit, then use this recipe:
1oz pure lemon juice
1oz water
1tblspoon honey
heat and add a teabag and stir it up... tastes nasty but sure makes me feel great after I finish it.
