if anyone is in atl and wants the best dam cuban made by a man in his 80s who was alongside castro during the revolution there is a place called kool korner on 14th near ga tech. the best sandwich in the world and he has americanized the ingredient options. i get pork, ham, lettuce, mustard, mayo, onions, pickles, and mojo sauce. you can also get hot peppers and tomatoes. i pick one or two up every week and have been going there for over ten years, yummmmmmmmmmmmy

you dont fry it in butter!!

i like mine with extra pickles

plenty of good places here in Miami to get a good Cuban sandwhich :)
my other favorite is the Midnight sandwhich
