Launching multiple salvos in short succession sometimes helps, since if you let the supports settle it sometimes protects those hard-to-reach targets.
 
Stuck on 15.
Cant get that dude in the lower right. Am often able to hit weak wall in lower left and mess up the other 5 people at the same time, but then the lower right dude gets bunkered and I cant nail him or collapse the other walls.

NVM. I got lucky.
Am now stuck on 17.
 
Try aiming a bit low so the stuff falls more to the left.

Bah never mind you got past level 15.

What items do you have available at level 17 since if you beat it you have all the weapons no matter what level you pick.?

I tried with the medium 3 stones since I am sure you have that at least by then and you need to knock the middle tower over on the two on the ground as soon as you can and your future shots should be able to reach the 2 in the back then and the front one falls easy.
 
beat it, but sometimes its a bit of luck of how things topple. annoying when it gets into a unwinnable position with rubble protecting the bottom floor

Well the front two are easy enough with the bombs since they wall hack and the back two are the same once you have knocked off a few on the top ones.
 
Finished!, I think the trick to 24 is to NOT fire in rapid succession and let the damage accumulate after each tri-bomb. Thanks op, fun game!.

A shining example: Go to Castle 20. Press the right arrow button, and just let it sit there.
Eventually, the left side starts to sag, and the entire thing will tumble on its own.
