Pretty impressive to watch these. I've been in a plane a few times, those turbo prop ones are dash-8's I think, the same one I've been on, and when we landed there was lot of cross wind, made for a fun landing. Those pilots have crazy skill.

I imagine the bigger the plane the more delayed the corrections are too, so that's something that needs to be taken into account the whole time. Need to split second decide if you abort or go on with the landing too.
