Oh no, the Republicans are trying to steal the Senate race in North Carolina using the same shady Democratic tactics: http://www.news-record.com/news/vot...cle_4b6f41e4-616e-11e4-aa89-0017a43b2370.html

* crickets *

Typical for the OP.

typical lib garbage posts.

If you guys dont think this is an issue why are you bring up other machines?

Maybe the republicans just decided even up the playing field.

It's NOT an issue. There was NO leveling of the playing field. That's the point. As others have said repeatedly machine screens and the buttons beneath the touch screen aren't always calibrated. It was brought up to counterpoint your stupidity and persecution complex that machines and democrats are rigging electronic votes. I am not an IT guy but ffs, do some fucking research on the damn things before making, quadrupled down on stupidity posts. The reason it was brought up and will brought up over and over again through this election cycle is that a machine doesn't nefariously pick a democrat or a republican, if it's not calibrated where one places their finger doesn't always line up with the button below.

Stick your lib shit up your stupid, partisan vagina and go back outside and play with the other kids. All you convince everyone on both side of the R and D spectrum is that there should be an aptitude test make OPs here. You and several other would fail miserably (mirrors life). :whiste:

I take back my earlier post about you lieing. Initially I believed that no one could really be that naive. Now I see that you WANT to be that naive, because it protects your world view.

See, you'd actually have to learn about touchscreens and calibration to understand what most of the folks here are saying. However, you don't really want to do that because it's not in line with all the hatred you'd prefer to vomit on the forum.

aren't you a pleasant asshole, you talk to your mom that way.

Yes these machines were just accidentally 'miss calibrated'

Disingenuous obtuse trolls are obtusely disingenuous. It's a small, stinky, bubble he lives in.

You consider it bullying, but really I'm just calling you a duck. If it quacks, and all that.

If you REALLY wanted people to take this seriously, go look at all the problems they've had for the last 10-20 years with calibrating touchscreens. Then you might at least begin to understand why your accusations are stupid. This is a common problem that has affected both parties at different times. It's especially prone to voting machines, because they're low-volume production rather than something like a 40 million unit-a-year smartphone.

Some of the dimmest right wing paranoia ever exhibited. Anybody who would seriously tamper with electronic voting would attempt to do so in a way undetectable to the voter.

That's beyond obvious to all but the usual emotional outrage addicts.

I personally object to any form of voting that does not leave a paper trail of the original votes.

It's not your fault it turned out to be wrong is it? Your original position was this was some sort of liberal conspiracy and that is full on un-adulated BS.

Remember I said you weren't bright enough to lie? I stand by that statement.

Not if this guy is doing the election tampering:

I like the system NY put in place: fill out a paper card, feed it into the scanner. You can put up lots of dirt cheap privacy screens for people to vote with, then provide 2-3 scanners per polling location, saving a ton of money (hopefully) on machines, and you get the benefit of a paper trail.

You're kidding right? Did you honestly forgot what you wrote in this thread or are you just trolling?:

you guys are right. When the votes go for democrats its just a mistake, error or oversight. If they went for republicans it would be the end the world. Think of the old people getting confused, thinking of the minorities getting confused, VOTER SUPPRESSION.

or how about:
Lol

If this happened the other way the left would be crying.

Think of the old people.
Think of the minorities. EVIL republicans scamming elections.

But you guys are right, since this is happening to republicans, its a non-story.

So...I brought up an example of the calibration error that "switched" votes from a Democrat to a Republican (in a absolute crucial election for the Democrats as well) and if you couldn't detect my sarcasm, I was remaining as skeptical about potential voter fraud in this case as the case in the OP. I'm bringing up this case to show you that these touchscreens do lose calibration and miscalibration does not have a "liberal bias." You seriously may want to look into the memory issues you are having.
