Nice deal. This goes for around $35-$40 in B&M Walmart and Target and Sav-On. For people who are skeptical about its effectiveness, it works really good. My sister used it after her braces were taken off and now her teeth are very white and bright.

I got the set, and used it. Yea, it made my teeth bright for the first few weeks. After a month of regular brushing, my teeth went back to the old color. I would say this is a temporary fix. Not worth buying again.

Thanks for the link to the guarantee, it was hidden quite well and I had given up looking for it.

I tried that Colgate whitening stuff... and I wouldn't recommend it.

It's such a hassle painting it on your teeth... so freakin annoying

Wow thanks for the deal! This stuff is a god send! I've had yellow teeth for 2 years now and even though I brushed 3 times a day for 15 min. I never could get the stains out... I was about to pay my dentist $500 for a bleeching but then I heard about this stuff I've been on it for a week now and bam! I'm 15 years old again, the chicks dig me ;)

i cant ever use these damn things because during the winter my lips are constantly chapped and i found if i get any, even the slightest drop of the gel on my lips they break out so i look like a circus freak with HUGE lips. so i may have to use the guarantee since i've only gotten through like 10 uses when my lips aren't chapped

Wear 2 upper strips per day. Finish using all upper strips before whitening the lower teeth.

from the item description.

so are you supposed to use up all the upper teeth before the lower ones?
if they work like their supposed to, wouldn't it make the top teeth whiter than the bottom for a bit....?

is that how it's supposed to be?

thanks

bonk182: If you've only used chapstick, blistex, carmex, etc. that may be your problem. Try Burt's Beeswax (comes in a chapstick tube). That should get you halfway there -- then just make sure to put it on before the strips.

yup... ur doing it rite.. cuz I guess ur suppose to return all of the lower ones for a refund. But den that part of the guarantee's kinda useless since we have the "return the UPC from the box" and get another box guarantee already.. (or the return the receipt and UPC for a refund)

do you wear this thing overnight? one person said it didnt work, another said it did, so does this thing work or is the dentist the only way to get those stained teeth clean?

I am one week into the two week usage and I do notice a difference already. It is worth the money.
However, it also takes a good deal of discipline to do it twice a day and I don't like that the strips are so small, they only cover the front 5 or 6 teeth.

so they give you 28 strips for the upper and 28 for the lower.

but each strip only covers about 5-6 teeth?

what about the back teeth and the big molars and such?
do we have to buy more to whiten those?

I believe a hotter deal is to use the free shipping above $25 coupon instead as shipping is $5.49 which means you end up paying 49 cents more. I almost thought I had bought too early(ordered earlier today with free shipping with other stuff, not the whitestrips) but then I realized $5 isn't worth it =P

The $5 off $15 is only good if you just wanna buy $15 and not $25. But since the whitestrips are more than $25 it's silly to take less of a discount.

On eBay there's usually one or more shrewd dentists selling the "professional strength" Crest Whitestrips (higher peroxide content, more strips per pack, and a little tube of free Gum Care toothpaste in a handsome display box) for just a few bucks more than this. Having tried both versions of the product, I'm convinced the Professional strength does get the job done slightly faster. Just make sure the eBay ad confirms that the product is not outdated. Anything containing peroxide does have a finite shelf life...

Hey, a point of all this whitestrips and gels. The upper teeth will always be whiter than the bottom, and have a better chance to whitten than the bottom teeth do.
If you read journals all their studies are done with an equal amount of subjects whitening both their upper and lower teeth... on the other hand, those bogus gels that you see around, their studies are limited to the upper teeth.

Anyways, the other hand. Colgate Simply White, is also a whitening gel and it also has a guarantee (not limited to time) and it only takes about a week to notice the difference. It requires you to apply the gel to your teeth and not eat for 30 mins after that, but its worth it. The effects are great.

Anyways, (again) my 2 cents
