Yeah, it's nothing new, but this is cheaper than you can buy it for separately.

Guess I'll deal with my $160 1.5GB Lyra for a while longer...
 
Has there been any new reports of anybody using the current model of the Muvo2 for the CF drive? I heard from someone that they changed some pins on the drive so that it couldn't be used for other products..

I ordered one from Amazon, but it's not coming for a month.. which is fine since I can always cancel it =)

And I'll deal with my $369 20GB iPod for a while longer too... until Apple releases their 4th Generation iPod with a max "50GB of storage, 2 inch color LCDs, video out, photo display capabilities, and revised (Mini-like) navigation wheel." 😀

With 50GB, you probably don't need MP3s. You could store 75 albums at CD quality.

Really...I think the "store a million, zillion, gazillion songs" sales pitch is getting out of hand...

Anybody order from Amazon? What's your expected time of delivery? I won't get it until late April..!! I wonder if there's any truth to the rumors that the drives will be soldered on...
 
That was already known. Even if it's soldiered, can't u just bust out a soldiering gun and take the microdrive right out?
