Hey guys, my first post. I've been working out off and on for a year or so, until 4 months ago when i took it a bit seriously 
I had done creatine in past, however issue i always had was that my body would be all cramped up, and even tough it was kina helping w/gains, but i just would'nt recover as fast as it would w/o using creatine.
Just wanted to see if ya guys had any experience w/it and any thoughts what could i be doing wrong.
BTW i tried creatine powder mixed w/grape juice. I even tried cell tech; but it was'nt any different.
Any thoughts, ideas and help would be highly appreciated.
