I don't really have a chin, it's like my throat has extra skin or something. Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about? lol

I'm not fat so it's not a double chin.

Honestly, some people don't have a very dominant chin. It's just genetic in that sense.

If it's just the natural shape of your jawline, you can grow a beard/goatee if you want to appear to have a stronger jaw.

as stated, it's just what you were born with. Your chin is a reflection of your jaw (mandible). Some people have this surgically altered (mentoplasty) but that is usually for vanity... Most people with even extreme cleft or congenital recessed/"weak" chin have perfectly normal jaw and dental function.
