Very heavy floor moisture to the point of standing water in some spots... This usually occurs in houses built in areas where there's a high water table, etc...
Been reading around on the net and see it's a "fairly" common crawl space issue. The fix is either a gravity drain system at the base of the footers or a sump pump to keep the crawl space dry (covered with a vapor barrier).
Has anyone ever had this issue and done the aforementioned fixes with success? What's your story?
