If return/exchange is a very important issue to you, then CC seems like a good place. You dont need a reason to return stuff there, and no restocking fee, either.

For someone that bought $35,000 worth of hardware last year, wouldn't you be a stupid moron since you didn't take the time to read the store policy before the purchase?

Seems like common sense to me, a person that bought a paltry $800 worth of hardware last year.

They had been giving you special treatment by waiving their 15% restocking fee before, and you knew it was outside of their corporate policy. Why not go back another time when one of the manager's that you normally deal with is there. If they treated you so well before, I'm sure they would fix your "problem".
