Most who do this are on month to month and have minimal possessions in their residence. Very low risk that way.

I can guarantee with the phrase 'live in girlfriend' you are sharing a room and sex will be expected.

It's no different than a chick hooking, flipping dope, doing porn, or worse to put herself through college. (not that guys are innocent in this either, but the money doesn't usually scale the same way for porn and escort services if you are looking to do it with women).

The ultra wealthy pretty much usually have this arrangement with their trophy g/fs. They don't get to have any say in what happens...if they don't do it they are kicked out and go back to their mom's house...
