Yes it's that art house. It's pretty sweet up close. Someone put a LOT of work into it.

As soon as I saw that pic I knew exactly where it was taken, that house is so cool. For anyone in Houston who'd like to see it, it's on Montrose/Studemont between Allen Parkway and Dallas.
