Cousins getting married

Dear Prudence on Slate.com always has some zingers, today being a dad keeping secret that his illigetimate son is marrying his niece and neither is aware of the fact they are related. Her advice is to keep it a secret.

What's your opinion?

🙄 Only a few would understand this.

There are more GoT fans than you would think...
by the way Jon Snow isn't Eddard Stark's son.

Didn't we have a cousin thread where Alchemyst said he hooked up with one of his? God that thread was gold.

Back in the day we had a user named Luvya who hit on his cousin, and if I remember correctly she freaked out on him. I think the mods deleted the thread, though.

How about later in life if medical testing is required and they find out they are closely related. If it was more distantly related I think the genetic worries aren't really there, but first cousins is probably close enough to be a worry.

Ah well, family get together's should be interesting for that guy 😛

Who cares if your family tree looks like a wreath? We are all inbred.

We all came from the same two people. Everyone knows this.

Yes I know that. Thats why when they found the wolves, they gave him the white wolf. Also they already discussed this within the episodes.

They never discussed that in the episodes. Every episode only pointed to Jon Snow being a bastard of Eddard Stark.

Not many people know the show here, well at least at my school :/

Probably because not many people in NC have TV, let alone electricity to run it. 🙂
