Story

"Police said Anderson told them that she often left Gabriel strapped in his stroller when the couple went out or to work, and that she changed Gabriel's diaper once per day. Police said Laputka told them that he didn't do diapers, that was Anderson's job. "

Seriously, this is nuts man. Unfortunately, we cannot stop stupid people from having kids. This child will be damaged for a lifetime because of their selfishness.

Im going to have to agree. This is the kind of story that makes you want to make sure they get fried for what they did.

Sad that there are complete moronic-moral-lacking-idiots like this that are fertile and breed like rabbits but there are a lot of good people out there that would love to have babies and would probably end up being great parents but can't.

There's a really nice couple at my church in this situation. They've got one child they adopted from a single teenage mother. They just tried to adopt a second child but the teenage mother backed out of the adoption immediately after giving birth. Extremely tough and heart-breaking situation.

Just the other day a mobile home caught fire. The couple got their dogs out, but when asked at the scene were any other people inside they stated they weren't sure.

The FD found their kid inside trying to get out. An investigation is underway to see if they were attempting foul play.

The quote was something 'people are entitled to be stupid, but not knowing when someone you live with is inside or not is not'

Damn, WTF would you even keep the baby around instead of giving it up for adoption?

All other speculation on creative punishments aside, I think something like this should be punishable by sterilization.

Eh - the 6-12 pounds you're probably thinking about is the child's weight the diaper is sized for. I can't imagine a diaper keeping contained anything close to 6 pounds of anything, much less 12.

When my daughter was around that age, she'd need a new one every 2-4 hours during waking hours.

After having a kid myself (now 11mos old), I would just rather not read about stories like this. Stories like this affect you in a different way after having a child, because you imagine your child being in that situation.

Nothing worse than shitty parents. My step-sister just had a baby and every weekend she tries to dump her off so she can go out. I also know a married couple like this, they pawn their 3 year old off every chance they get so they can go out.

It's reasonable to get a competent babysitter regularly every week so the married couple can go out on a date...it takes hard work keeping a marriage alive when you have kids. However, the $ adds up.

nothing wrong with that. long as they are getting a good babysitter and leaving the kid alone.

you still need to go out on "dates" with your wife/husband. my wife and i do it eveyr chance we get.
