Nothing worse than shitty parents. My step-sister just had a baby and every weekend she tries to dump her off so she can go out. I also know a married couple like this, they pawn their 3 year old off every chance they get so they can go out.

nothing wrong with that. long as they are getting a good babysitter and leaving the kid alone.

you still need to go out on "dates" with your wife/husband. my wife and i do it eveyr chance we get.

Agreed. My wife and i need to get away as much as possible from the insanity that our kids cause. People that don't have kids just don't understand.

And I'd enjoy it knowing I was ridding the world of worthless, inhuman, filthy garbage.

Surviving the Game. They were homeless people though.

I have kids and going out is fine, but dumping the kid every weekend, most of the time all weekend is shitty imo.

It never phases me that the parents are often white trash looking parents. Sickening. Just sickening.

so what?

it does not hurt the kid. And adults need to get out without the kids.

i see nothing wrong with it. LONG as they are having someone watch the kids while they go out.

My wife and I try to get out once a month.

Every weekend might be a little excessive but if the kids are being left with willing, nice relatives (grandparents, for example) for a couple hours that's not too big of a deal.

Too many people have a kid and treat them like a burden. Then that kid grows up to be a piece of trash, has 5 kids of his/her own, treats them the same, ad infinitum.

So true... my son is 2.5 years old. My wife and my son are everything that is good in my life.

I'd say you are.

I know a couple who literally have never gone anywhere without their kids, and had the oldest right after they got married (7-8 years ago?). As a result, they pretty much fight constantly and the kids are raging hellions. Of course this isn't stopping them from trying to have a fourth.

There is a happy medium between every night and never. I think every week or two falls within this range.

My wife and I work during the week so if we left our kids with someone else all weekend, every weekend, I think that would be negligent parenting.

That said; you need to get away from those soul-sucking brats once in a while.
