I would say for the most part its fixed. Obvioulsy it is nothing like that first video.

I have tried this mulitple times with bots. Basically if you have CL_interp much above 0.1 (stock) you will actually be able to shoot at the hit boxes and occasionally cause damage and if you have it high enough it will always cause damage. If its at a negative number or 0 the hit boxes are right on the model but even if they arn't it doesn't cause damage. I will only cause damage if you hit the model.

I will say that there does seem to be an occasion that you will get hit after you have rounded a corner but I have a feeling that is mostly to do with the model point of view.
 
Then what the hell are the hitboxes for.

That guy says that if he shoots the model, the opponent gets hit, even though he's not shooting the hitbox, then wtf is the hitbox for?!
